Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1 business day.

Shipping Time: Once processed, your order will be shipped via an environmentally friendly carrier that offsets carbon emissions. 

USA: 2 - 5 days *with the exception of Hawaii
Australia: 2 - 6 days

We have partnered with a delivery service that offers CO2-neutral shipping. We feel it is part of our duty to think about the environment.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on your location. While we'll do our best to get your order to you quickly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 10 business days after it was shipped, please contact us at info@3rdphix.com We’ll resend a new one to you as your order might have gone missing during transit.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 3rdphix does not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

Returns process must be initiated within 60 days of receipt.
